Jim Longworth The temptation to fly to the east coast increases every time you post a pic of you in a tee shirt with another beauty Tiger Bass. We are dealing with tons of warm rain that has melted our snow pack and caused widespread flooding. Every river in the west is blown out, many over the banks, and fishing is non-existent. Keep fueling my fantasies Jack.

Jack Horowitz Gom, when the fish are getting ready to spawn this coming spring, I would not be surprised if a 10 pounder is caught. My son and I have gotten very solid 7 and 8+ pounders this past summer, so it would not be a big stretch for a female to have 2+ pounds of eggs in her. The Tigers are a Florida Strain Bass and they get huge under the right managed conditions. This lake is managed very closely by a smart fisheries biologist so, who knows how big they will get? We will, hopefully, soon see for ourselves! JH

Jack Horowitz KW, Truthfully, I had hoped I would be able to simply fish over Christmas and New Years and that the weather would ocassionally allow it going forward. The results that I have actually attained, are so far and away beyond my wildest dreams, I cannot believe it when it happens. What is so amazing to me is that it keeps on happening. This has been an incredibly mild winter with days of mid 70's temps. When I go out and concentrate on fishing, the pictures say everything for me. JH
