Comment By:Katsmeowx3 First, as always is 5 for my buddy. I just got to read your story. It sounds like you and your son had the best time. I am so happy for you both. I've had a busy past 11 months. My oldest step daughter got engaged, and I changed positions at work in March. I have been a busy beaver. My step daughter's wedding was in Pittsburgh earlier this month and we spent a quick few days at Niagara Falls, NY before we headed home. Lewi had to go back to work on my birthday. I took off work for my birthday (The first time I asked for it in 23 years there). I spent most of time time unpacking from the six days we were away. The wedding was great and you can ask Lewi about his dancing skills at the reception. My goal for next year is to get to go fishing. The reason you haven't seen any new pics is that I haven't been. I fished from the peer at the back of where we stayed with my parents along with my Dad one night and once with Rick and I off a bridge at the Keys. Maybe next year won't be so busy. I have to say I do miss it. Especially the time with my Lewiswmx1! Fortunately, my step daughter and father in law got to go with him some. Thanks for your kind words and you are truley the "King" of bbf. If I don't get to go before next year, I am looking forward to catch a big one in the beginning oto catching some next year. A bait shop that I was introduced to several years ago, (the owner sat me down and taught me to tie stone flies) had a fire and they are now closed. Hopefully they will be able to rebuild and get back open. It was a very sad day, but thank God know one was hurt! Take Care and good luck to you and your son on the fishing trip!

Because i am so new to this site i was in utter shock at the fact that i made it to the finals! Honestly i didn't think i could compete with the caliber of my competition, i've got to mention that i can't say enough about the skill that the anglers on BBF apply to fishing. Like the frosting on the cake i have not only made new friends and aquaintences but i really beleive BBF will make me a better angler! I will certainly stick around, i was surprised at the connections i have made in one month, i cant even imagine what the rest of the year holds for me!

Now you get a chance to show the rest of us those stunt's you are gonna do on tv! Truely - congrats! No one deserves it more than you. I am so happy you won - of course if Lewi couldn't. We went to the Florida Keys for 10 days. It was wonderful to get away. I wish we had your connections. I had Lewi go fishing on the charters, so he could as much fishing in as possible. I think it is costly. We almost got to meet Cin, but unfortunately scheduling did not allow it to happen. She is one busy girl and we had to get home to go back to work ourselves. That definitely would have been a highlight of the trip. She is a sweet girl. Sorry its been so long since I've written to you. We are still getting snow, but one day it will be fishin' time again.
